Back link and PageRank History

Any tools that give PR & back link history

Anybody knows of tools that give history of back links and Page rank ?

I want to see the Page Rank of a website for previous year.
Is it possible to check that ?

I use urltrends to look back a few months, but I don't think it goes back a year.
