Simple script to look for link?

Can anyone recommend a free simple script to spider websites and locate a link?

example: i have exchanged a link with xyz . com and i want to know if that site contains my link within its pages.

I can't find a script anywere to do this simple task :/

Anyone using/recommend one?

I am talking about more than one site link. Searching google is not an option.
