Is there a List of Cheaters

Is there away to find known cheaters.

Does any site or org. keep a list of known link cheaters..I've found some but they only deal with porn sites.

also while I'm on the subject of cheaters..I had one referer who's links
only came from the Axis of Evil..but they were US based...So I assume they had some type of script to do this. Is there a way besides watching to see this...

We don't list blacklists here.

The best solution is to use your judgement (not some stranger's unverified opinion) to figure it out. It's fairly easy to determine what link requests are bad and which are good.
