one type of anchor text or many ancher texts for one site?

Hello, if i will have 100 backlinks into my site , it is good to use just 1 type of text anchor or it is better to use 33% x 3 different text anchors?
[ ex: for sell mobile phones 1) 100 links with text anchor " buy mobile phones" or
1) 33 links links with text anchor "buy nokia mobile phones"
2) 33 links with text anchor "buy mobile phones"
3) 34 links with text anchor " best erricson mobile phones" ]

Make the anchor text match the page topic as close as possible. If you would prefer different anchor text, then have links go to different pages in your site which will of course have their own topics.
