Has anyone utilized any automated classified ad submitters with success?

If so, any recommendations?

Are you looking to actually place ads or just spam hundreds of classified sites with junk links?

The key players in my segment (we're one of them) communicate and if you spam one you'll find your url blacklisted on all of them.
