Linking to duplicate pages

Hey, browser here for a while, now my first question.

I occasionly get offered link exchanges from webmasters with 5 or more sites who have already listed my site on all their link pages. All the link pages look the same and have the exact same links on them for each site.

Are these sites worth linking too or are they all just the same page, thus im really getting one link? How can i check this. some of the pages are cached and others are not despite having PR. Thanks in advance.

They are NOT worth linking to unless they remove all your links but one...

These sites are mostly on the same server and belongs to same webmaster.

The funny part is all the links on each of these similar sites are exactly the same. :)

Thanks for the reply. forget to mention all the linkpages do have a different address but look the same and have the exact same content.

I agree with dimensioni, it's not worth it. Unless of course you think you will get some really good traffic. Of witch I doubt.
