Two very common reasons:
1) Other webmasters that exchange links with the intent of dropping the links to the other sites shortly so that they end up with a one-way link to their site.
2) Sites going out of business, changing ownership, etc.
Both come with the territory.
By the way, you should remove your URL from your post as it's against the TOS of the forums.
Also...Welcome to Webmaster World!
do you know of any fast way to get high pr links?I suggest that that you look at your competitors backlinks and then search with your keyword and add at the end directory, also try adding add your URL at the end.
Examples that you can use:
Add site + your keyword
Submit URL + your keyword
Suggest URL + your keyword
Submit site + your keyword
Building backlinks is easy if you know what your doing, but there is no fast way to do it. Not only that, but you don't want to build them to fast anyway because the search engines may catch on to this and filter your web site out.
