Ive purchased one lot of relevant text links for my homepage and have seen rankings increase for the homepage.

Im looking in to another set of text links which is related to a deeper page. Should i link these text link to the related page, or again to the homepage?

Link them to the related page. Link the related page to the home page.

Yeah, you're going to want to point them to the more related page. Then, if you're lucky, down the road you might have a double listing for the deep page's search term. Plus the links will seem more natural pointing to the more relevant page.

Yes, link to the related internal page. And then the related page to the homepage. Do so for as many of your other pages as you can if you can afford it.
