Photoshop: How to design an open book

Ok, here's the deal: I need to design an open book. I've already done the old, burnt pages and I've made it seem as if it's part of a book, but I dunno how to give it 'pages'.

So does anyone know how to make two pages seem part of... more pages?

get a book. lay it out flat. look at the edges - the pages slope away so you can see the very edge of each page.

you could replicate this by duplicating the edges of your pages and stacking them up underneath each other - but you will need to make slight adjustments to some of them so they dont look like clones.
