Ok, I have just started to do graphics, (well I've been doing it for a little bit anyways...) I am using ps 7 and I have a jpg that I would like to have the edges curvy I guess if that makes sense. Along with some distortion that way it doesn't look blah on the page. How do I go about acheiving this?

Thanks,
Mac

if you want to distort the edges and give a 3d kind of effect - you could set the canvas size to be slightly bigger than the image, and then use the liquify tool to 'paint' the distortion in.

alternatively to keep it flat and just curve the edges you could use the pen tool to draw a smooth curvy path all the way round, and then load the path as a selection, select inverse and delete the edges.
