Hi can anyone give me any site names that allow there photos and pics to be used commercially? I'm designing an newsletter and need some pics to go into it. Thanks

stock.xchng [sxc.hu] has lots of free, royalty-free images you can download. Other than that, Googling "free stock images" turns up quite a list.

the only thing is that many of the free ones suck .. what about paying and getting decent quality raw materials?

Ryan8720 I think you missed something critical there mate .. he asked free photos to use commercially :-)

look at no 2 on your list and the first thing I see is

"the largest collections of free photographs for private non-commercial use on the Internet."

unless you are pointing him at ones where he has to pay for commercial use :-) in which case excellent list Ryan .. some I have not seen before. Am looking through now.
