Someone please help me, I am sooo frustrated!
I am trying to do an animation and cannot figure it out!
Okay, here it is, now dont laugh at me when you see how easy it is :)

I need to make an M out of 7 different triangles stacked together, then I need to make each triangle spin vertically on its own.

See, told you it does not seem hard but I just cant figure it out!

Thanks for any help, anyone can give!

You could do this with flash and motion tweening (I think) - what program are you using?

Yup - you should use Flash - pretty simple actually.

If you use an animated GIF I think the filesize will be a bit large but maybe not. I believe Fireworks and Adobe PS have some sort of anim tool that would help you out.

You can also use shape tweening in Flash if you want the triangles to really become an M.

Flash motion tweening [pixilver.com] and Flash shape tweening [echoecho.com]. Also look at using a motion path.

I have Flash and I have fireworks.
So what do I do, Draw my m out of triangles in flash and then what? Also how do I save only that m with animation as a gif so I can then put it on my web page?
