Where find gifs collection with redistribute rights?

Where can I find a huge collection of graphics, gifs, button, background, texture, icons,... with the rights to redistribute (and / or resell) them?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, Laconie! Most graphics collections will not come with anything more than royalty-free usage rights. Any collections I've seen have licensing that specifically forbids any kind of redistribution....
To get distribution rights, you generally have to be the person buying the original artwork in the first place.
