Reduce size of realplayer file (.rm)

I have some realplayer file (.rm) with size over 15mb.
Is there any freeware convert or minimize realplayer file (.rm) to under 5mb?

the realmedia file is actually a container format, so you need to look at the audio or video format it contains and its compression capability relative to other formats.
