How do I format this so that the banner shows?

I am trying to put this banner in a email but the banner will not show up PLEASE HELP!

Are you not able to see a banner before you send it, while you are composing your message? You don't mention what email client you're using to compose your message, or what service is sending your message. That can make quite a difference in what is visible to you.
