Opening photoshop files in other programs...

Hi all, is it possible to open Photoshop files in other programs?

I have acces to Gimp and Fireworks but if there is something free that can do this?

Search for Satori Photo XL; it's FREE and will import a .psd, layers intact. I wouldn't use it in lieu of PS myself, but it has some remarkable features for a freebie.
