I am looking for a pay per graphic site (like www.corbis.com) that specalises in a paticular type of web graphic that is popular on some of the larger sites these days.
the graphic is of people on a all white background. the shot of the people is done slightly overhead, so in the web graphic it appears they are looking slightly up, and their heads and shoulders are larger then their feet. The people are usually models dressed like businessmen, busy students, and so on.
does this make sense? I am trying to find a site that as an example of what i want, but i cannot find any off hand.
thanks.
Customer service? What's that?

Way to go chameleon!!
Stop, I'm blushing! :)
aaah, eyewire.com had exactly what i was looking for. Thanks!
Dang. 60 to 200 bucks a pic. ah well, its the boss' money.
You can also try www.comstock.com. I've purchased from them in the past. Their selection isn't as broad, but the prices tend to be more reasonable.
Now I have a grey turtleneck. :)
However, my head has never been larger than my torso, nor have I ever met anyone who's was... so THAT is definitely a bit of artistic license by the folks over at eyewire.
Not affiliated with them at all, just a satisfied customer.
You might tell your boss that if it's available as stock art en masse it probably isn't trendy any more. Maybe to him it's trendy, but to trendy people it's passe. Therefore, his target audience is probably not trendy?
Be a rebel. How about overweight middle aged men in bathing trunks with black dress socks and sandals? You know: talking on the phone, in a business meeting, at the conference table, looking puzzled, looking vogue, looking vague, looking surprised, in deep thought, typing at their keyboard. Doing real important stuff.
In the alternative, probably photodisc is your best bet.
