Printing header and footer on A4.

Hi I have designed a header and a footer. Now it is set at 300dpi to give best results but what is the best way to print this to a sheet of a4?

It will be fed back into the printer afterwards to print invoices.

Does this problem relate to a web page where you intend to have the header and footer printed, or is it the letterhead part of a stationery line?

Hi limbo yes mate its part of stationery. I have done what I want in word.

I was wondering if there is anything else?
