Free program that can convert SVG to ICO?

Does anyone know of a free program that can do a good job of converting a SVG file into a vista compatible ICO file?

I think you'll need to do a 2-step shuffle...

Since SVG, (Scalable Vector Graphic), files are vector image, and icons are bitmaps -- you'd probably be better off to do a screen capture of the .SVG and then convert to an icon.

The screen capture will rasterize the image, and you can save it as .JPG, .GIF or .PNG, then convert to .ICO using any of the readily available converters.
