How do I take a recorded action (or when I record the actions) set it so that Photoshop will loop or repeat the actions through all the files in the targeted directory? I remember everything else. Thanks!

It just clicked in my mind, File Menu --> Automate Batch.

Important Note: If Photoshop attempts to save every file with the first file's name, you need to restart the batch and check the option 'Override Action "Open" Commands'.
