Forum Moderators: not2easy
I just recently joined Flickr and put up a bunch of images, correctly tagged, and with a well-written, detailed caption. Full EXIF also available. These are professional shots, sharp and good looking. One of the images is a rare photo (just 17 search results on Flickr for that term).
Now, several days have gone by, and I still see those other 17 images, but not mine. So how often do Flickr update their database? I could not find an answer to my question, not in their FAQs, not on the web.
Or do certain terms prevent the public listing in their search engine, e.g. the use of "Copyright" or the copyright symbol? You see, Flickr is only worthwhile if people actually can find my images.
Any help much appreciated.
Flickr has it's own support forum. This is a software specific query.
