It isn't always easy being on top.

Adobe Systems may have a clear lead in the market for so-called creative software: things like photo editing, Web page design and layout tools. But the world has changed. People no longer assume that packaged software from big companies is best, and an ever-growing number of applications are available for free.

Interview with Adobe CEO Bruce Chizen [news.com.com] on CNET News.com.

A little late share from me, but anyway. I really loved the interview - seems that at Adobe they have a clear idea what specific projects may enhance their market presence and work on profitability.

And I got really curious about that Photoshop web version. Does anyone here have an idea when its launch is expected?
