Need opinion on my screencast

I have created screencast about installing WordPress that I haven't published by now. But English is not my primary language and I need opinion on my language an if you think that this screencast is suitable for publishing? Do you find this screencast well spoken or not?

I would like to create several tutorials like this about WordPress and several more for my other site about pocket PCs and their use in medicine.
