Single Windows configuration for GIMP image editor?

How do I configure GIMP to be a single window in my taskbar? Finding a "binary" was a unnecessary pain, plus they don't have a forum or really much of a FAQ?

I don't use GIMP but this sounds like what you are after: [registry.gimp.org...]

For those following my lead you'll have some problems 99.9% of the time so I'll post this to ease your burden...

1.) The plugins folder is buried but it's there. Extract the dll and exe to the plugin and thats the first half.

2.) The version of the plugin has to match the version number of the executable for Gimp. The read me was too vague so I renamed the Gimp exe to gimp-2.0.exe (versus gimp-2.2.exe or whatever).

The only thing that disappoints me now though is the full file menu does not appear in the single window. You have to right click the image. Hope this helps!
