I use Corel Graphics Suite 12 but haven't used all the apps within it. What I'd like to know is how to make gifs with a small amount of movement in them. Can I do it with my Corel Suite or is there another graphics app that will get me there?

Does Corel Suite have the ability to save Animated Gifs? - you will probably see it in as an export/save as/save for web function.
If not GIMP can do it, as can ImageReady and Fireworks

Thanks. I looked into the Corel Graphics Suite a little more. They have an app called RAVE where I can compose a little animation and export it to Animated GIF, SWF, AVI, MOV So I guess you answered my question. Thanks again.

Corel has the ability to move the GIF's as well as import them also. Chcek the Help option of Corel you wil get the proper instructions how to perform the actions.
