Image cannot be displayed because it contains errors

Hello - I am very confused - I have never had this problem....

I created my own font using FrontCreator 5.5 and when I use this font in photoshop to create my logo, I go to save it and I keep getting this error....

the image cannot be displayed, becaose it contains errors.

I have tried merging layers, saving as copy, etc etc etc... and NOTHING.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance

I tried saving as copy and it seems to work. Can anyone explain to me why perhaps? I am new in creating fonts so perhaps it was something with the font - It works so im happy :D

You probably had extra channels or still had paths in the original. :-D Saving a copy deletes them. At any point did you save a selection? This creates an alpha channel.
