Is it possiblen to use those in other software programs, like PSP and Photoshop, which are better for other purposes?
I'd like to use them in Dreamweaver also, since I do some pages with nothing more than background, font and table colors aside from a text heading graphic.
Would there be any compatibility problems even if the other software supports the same file extension? The file extension is .pal
With reference to using this palette with dreamwever (which I'm not sure is possible) you really should just stick with the default palette anyway.
The reason is that it uses the 216 websafe colours. This is extremely useful, especially if you also use Macromedia Fireworks to create graphics, as the colours use the hex-code systems, which means that if you copy one hex number from one software to the other, they will match perfectly.
