Need good resource to learn how to use Photoshop

I would like some suggestions on some good web sites/books for learning photoshop cs2 9. I am a total n00b when it comes to photoshop. My only experience with graphics is limited to MS paint. I am totally lost trying to figure this program out, please help!

There are a bunch of them around. I usually just play around with it and see what it does or just google the tutorial I am looking for and learn it from the site. If you really want to experienced in photoshop, you should buy the tutorial books.

I recommend Photoshop Bible and reading and working through it slowly over a couple of months.
Books like that cover everything - they explain all the tools and filters, everything.
Read through, take your time, underline important things and just keep working with it. Treat it like a college course. It is hard, but it can be learned.
In 3-4-5 months, you will have a good understanding of PS.

It will be the best $ you ever spent.

I would recommend the QuickStart books. More affordable than other "how to books" and easy to understand.
