Downloading Fonts

I downloaded a font, what next?

Hi there, i downloaded a font from frynetwork, and I have no idea how to get it into my PC, to use in Composer, Word, etc.

Alternate

copy the font files and paste them into the ROOT\Windows\Font directory using win explorer :D
