need help on graphic in photoshop

I need some help on changing text in a graphic and replacing it with my own text, If any one can help I would be grateful.

I'm assuming you mean you want to remove a water mark and replace it with your own text ;-)

It all depends on how well blended the text is, in to the image...

I have had some success with the clone tool, patience and being careful.
