Im looking for a background wallpaper really sophisticated but yet i wont it to load very very quickly - whats the best way of achieving this please? should i craft something in photoshop or have a look around?

Are you looking for a single image that will "wallpaper" the entire screen, or a tiled background? A tiled background would load faster, I believe. If you have something very specific in mind, it would probably be quicker to make your own. Otherwise, I'd say to have a look around. There are a lot of sites that offer free backgrounds, from amateurish ones to professional designers who offer the free backgrounds as a draw to get people to their sites.

yeah thanks for your input - in the end i decided against the back ground as it did only clutter things up and slow things down.
in the end i just used a table to position the elements and it was loading fast but again just looked to messy.
