kill the IE6 Image Toolbar

I haven't tried this yet, so don't shoot the messenger ;). Supposedly the following meta tag will stop the IE6 image toolbar from showing up:

How do you turn the thing on in the first place? I've never seen it and can't find a control to turn it on.

This function is on by default. It only seems to work on a larger images. (At least 360 x 240, from what I can tell). The image must not be a link.

This image is a good one to test this function with:

[newyork.com...]

Just mouse over the image; after a couple of seconds the popups will show. One for the image bar, one for the auto-resizing.

You can disable it through the IE6.0 Internet options > Advanced > Multimedia. There are two check boxes for the image functions.

A lot of people seem to be concerned about the image bar. It does not do anything that you can't already do by right clicking your mouse.
