editing an Ipix .exe file

Hi,
A friend of mine has taken over a rental property and has been given an Ipix .exe file as a marketing tool. He doesn't need to change the pictures but only the contact details given in the movie.

Can anyone recommend a way to do this - I don't have any particular software for this and wouldn't want to spend a bundle of money on it as it's for a one off favour.

I'd be grateful if anyone can give some pointers.
