Error related to SSL server certificate causing bookflip graphics failure

I have a bookflip software program that I am trying to run on my website. The software flips through three of the inmages and stops.
The problem appears to be that the SSL server certificate name does not match my site name. I am not getting any response from my IP provider. Is there something I can do to have my settings match.
