Hi.

I am creating a new site for my company, there is going to be a video page where the user can select different videos.

What I want is when they click on Video3 say, the video will start playing above them requiring no pop-up or install active X popping up all over the place, I just want them to play no hassle.

Is this possible or out of reach?

Many thanks

If you just used a link to the video file, as a download of sorts, you could rely on the default settings of the user's system. That would perform the way you specify. It will not stream or play inline though.

If you use the .wmv format, the link will open in Windows Media Player by default as Bill indicates. I've been using this method and file format for quite some time without complaint.
