A friend of mine asked me if there are any good webcam server packages for Windows (2K) out there. I saw a bunch of motion control/home security packages offered in a quick web search, but thought I'd see if anyone here had any suggestions. This person has a commercial cable modem connection and wants to leave his PC on for home security reasons. He's looking for streaming video as opposed to the old snapshot of the [url=www.cl.cam.ac.uk/coffee/coffee.html]coffee pot[/url] variety.
