Add Caption + Drop Shadow + White Border to Images?

One App to Do All This to Lots of Images? Free?

I need to add a lot of images to some web pages. I'd prefer that they look like physical shapshots, with white "paper" borders and captions "written" into the bottom border, dropped onto the surface of the web page. They would have a drop shadow. Some might even be rotated a few degrees right or left.

The effect would be the same as if you set some physical photos on a white surface and then took a snapshot of the collage.

Can someone recommend software to do as much of this in as few steps as possible? (Freeware would be nice :))

Since my original posting I have found FastStone Image Viewer, which can do almost everything in the original request. It's freeware for non-commercial, and modestly priced for commercial use.

Just had a look - a great little app that could be very useful. Unfortunately for me it's not available for the mac. Good luck Swoop with your drop shadow pics.
