putting AVIs on my site or on a forum

i would like to put 3 .AVI files i have on a forum, but i dont think i can. If anyone knows a way please tell me. There is an option for attachments but my movies are a little too big for it. If i could convert the movie to make it smaller file i may be able to do it through the attachments system they have.

IF not, i would like to put it on my site. I have a freewebs site, i dont know if that will work. I can only upload pictures onto my freewebs.com site. Any help wouild be greatly appreciated,
