Photoshop CS & AMD Processor

I was going to purchase Photoshop CS, but noticed that Adobe says it requires Intel Pentium III or greater.

Does anyone know if there are problems to run it on on a Windows XP machine with a 2.2GHz Athlon XP 3200+ Processor with 448MB of RAM?

Well, that Intel is rated up to 1.33 GHz.

It is my understanding that the AMD you have is rated higher.

Based on these ratings, I wouldn't think you'd have a problem.
