Generating buttons and tabs

Can anyone recommend a good package for this?

I seem to spend ages playing around with and creating menus, buttons and tabs and I am sure that there must be a cheapo package that will do this. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Get Fireworks by Macromedia! They have tons of free extentions that help you make cool buttoms!

I've seen tons of online tools back in the day. I am sure if you try to look around in G, you can find some. Look for something like Website button wizard or similar.
