Suggestion for those of you who are good at ad design

how about some charity ads to encourage people to donate to tsunami victims

I'm looking for some standard sizes like 468x60 and 120x600. The ones I put together are amateurish but still getting a 25% CTR to this page [google.com]. Some of you banner design gurus out there could put together some really effective ads that all of us could use (if you are willing to give them away for free). I'm sure they'd get an even better CTR.

I know it was simple, but I just took the banner across the top of the Red Cross page and dropped it down to 468 x 80.

It is getting about a 0.05% CTR as I run it on all my sites.
