Sorenson for audio?

Hi Folks

Is Sorenson Squeeze 4.0 only used for video or can I also process audio files with it?

I cannot find this info on their site and thinking maybe it cannot but checking here to be sure.

Also can it extract DVD files and convert them to AVI or any other useful format or do I need to purchase separate software?
