Hi all once again,

I was wondering, what would be the best way to create flower/plant-like borders, shapings, typography? I prefer to use vector drawing software, and since I do not have a plane-table, it's kind of hard to create such decorations using a mouse. Perhaps there is some specifically designed software?

I really hope I've explained my issue correctly,
Thanks,

The fastest and easiest way to do this is to take a photo, then alter the colours, strip out the background and play around with it until it looks like a drawing. It all depends on the exact effect you're after and how stylised you want the flowers to be, of course. But it's far easier to make a photo look like a drawing and even flatten it down to just two or three colours, than it is to make a drawing look photo-realistic.

That's one of the solutions I've already thought about, but didn't yet manage to apply it in pratice. So, thanks for those tips.
