Site Layout is composed of spliced images...

a bit too small eh?

Hi:

I'm big on fluid layouts, but a client would like me to use an image they gave me for the content background. I shrank it down to 600 X 400. Looks good on 800 X 600 and 1024 X 768, but anything above that seems way too small. You can see that in my profile...

I like the design and don't want to change any of it...

You think it would be best to add a 100px to each side? Or just throw an image in the background so there isn't so much white space?
