I have been using photoshop and image ready for couple of years now and what do get started with Illistrator. I am looking for books and web sites to help with tutorials and such. Thanks

The Adobe website offers some stuff, some not bad.
For dead trees I've just bought the Illustrator CS Visual QuickStart Guide from Amazon.
I really like this series of books, worth checking out to see if it suits you too.

One of the quickest ways to get going are the tutorials that are on the program CD's. They go through the the basic tool set in a 'movie' type presentation.
