I have recently been looking for a good program to make thumbnails on my site look better... Since I am taking products from different websites, I would like all the thumbnails to be the same size and maybe have an nice looking border as well.. I currently have been posting a lot about media resizer and the problems I have encountered with it but nobody has yet to respond.. Does anybody have any good reccomendations for this? Thanks... This is my last post on that subject matter....

If you already have Photoshop, you might want to look into its automation options.

For a really cheap/easy to use thumbnail maker that you can configure to meet your need, try ReaConverter Pro.

I use a program called Easy Thumbnails, a really good program, at least for my needs,

hope you find something!
