I have a site well developed using frames.
What's the best workaround?

1.Use of no frames tags on index to ensure text gets picked up?
Trouble is, I've not seen a frames pages being top of the serps.

2.Second non-frames site using a mini directory on the niche subject, and sending referrals to first site?

What's best?

One of the major advantages of a Trusted Feed is it gets around the issues of frames - all the optimization is done as part of the feed.

Not sure if this is an option for you but thought I would throw it out there.

Site map.

Plop one in, link to it from your main frameset or other page spiders can easily find and you should have no problems.
