Opening MAC QuarkXPress file on PC

Someone sent me a QuarkXPress 4.0 file from her MAC. I want to open it on my PC (I do have QuarkXPress 4.0) but it doesn't want to open...(the format isn't compatable I guess.) Is there any way to do so?

Try adding the .qrk three letter extension to the PC file name.
