We are starting of with writing unique concepts, before viualizing it into a real site (the client wants me to do so).
And for that, I need other websites that somewhat match the concept (or most parts of it) to show as examples.
I was wondering, besides using a search engine, if there is any kind of a directory or list which specialises on corporate/professional websites?
*Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Or if the link goes against the TOS - please sticky it to me.

I didn't find a list when I wanted to research corporate design styles quite recently.
The best method I found was to target webdesign sites that specialised in corporate design. Sift through their portfolio sections and bookmark links to get a good idea of what you might want/not want to incorporate into your design.
Then leave it a few hours and go back and look at what caught your eye instinctivly, and analyse why? Often the same design themes will emerge that give a site a *successful* corporate look.
Also when surfing for webdesign sites this way you will find groups of designers who link to one another so the research gets easier the more you do.

I can say that it is more design focused than SEO focused. However, it's a hot list of great looking websites done by some of the hottest design firms in the world.
I'd be interested to hear if this list is helpful.
Limbo, I followed your technique. Went through a lot of web designer's portofolio's and found some pretty slick sites in them.
justdrum, I went through the list you pointed out too - some of those were pretty good.
