I would like to find nice 3D icons, like those we find on MAC system or new Yahoo! messenger. Where can I find them?

another quesion: I found wonderful icons, look:

But I don't know how to open them in Windows? They offer "windows" version but they look poor comparing to MAC icons. Help!
